Thanksgiving

Ev does an amazing job coloring. She spent several hours coloring with her friend.

I'm thankful for our kitchen table. We fit everyone at one table this year.

I butterflied the turkey again- taking the backbone out and breaking the breastbones to get the turkey as flat as I could. Here is is in my oven almost touching the heating element. Actually after the 1st hour one of the legs started sticking up and started burning. I guess that is what I get for having a mini oven.

We have a lot to be thankful for this year. We enjoyed some family time together and some time with friends.
