Most of last week was beautiful. It made me feel like it really was spring time. On my way home from class I bought some strawberries and made some sweet biscuits and whip cream to make strawberry shortcakes for dessert. Yum. Unfortunately by the end of the week it was cold, rainy and the sun was nowhere to be seen. For all we know we could have snow again several times before spring weather officially stays. I guess we have to take advantage of the weather when it is here.
